Calling for confirmation is recommended.  And, of course, the earlier you can place your order, the better!



Payment:

​We accept all credit cards, and/or cash.  Advance payment is due day before pick-up/delivery date.

Cancellation:

​If it should become necessary to cancel an order, please notify your event specialist as soon as possibole by both email and phone.  We will make every attempt to keep the cost billed to the customer at a minimum.  Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the event will be charged a cancellation fee (20% of the total order).  Cancellations received day of the event will be charged 100% of the total order.
